Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

You may use the Services for lawful apparel design, product visualization, print artwork, marketing assets, brand exploration, 3D mockups, and related commercial or personal creative work, provided that you have the necessary rights and follow this policy, our Terms, and applicable law.

2. Sexual and Adult Content

You may not use the Services to create, request, upload, edit, publish, distribute, or facilitate NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, or sexually exploitative content, whether real, synthetic, illustrated, or AI-generated.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction of a minor;
• sexual exploitation, grooming, or trafficking content;
• non-consensual intimate imagery or sexualized content created without the depicted person's permission; and
• attempts to disguise prohibited sexual content through euphemisms, coded prompts, image references, or safety-filter evasion.

3. Identity, Faces, and Deception

You may not use the Services for face swaps, deepfakes, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized face manipulation, forged endorsements, or content that falsely suggests that a real person or organization created, approved, or participated in something.

Do not upload or use another person's image, likeness, identity, brand, or personal information unless you have all required rights, permissions, and lawful grounds.

4. Harmful, Hateful, and Violent Content

You may not create or distribute content that:

• promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or criminal organizations;
• contains credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, or instructions to harm a person;
• praises, encourages, or graphically depicts severe real-world violence;
• attacks or dehumanizes people based on protected characteristics; or
• facilitates self-harm, abuse, exploitation, or other serious harm.

5. Illegal, Fraudulent, and Regulated Activity

You may not use the Services to facilitate illegal goods or services, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, counterfeiting, deceptive commercial practices, weapons, illegal drugs, or other unlawful or regulated activity.

6. Intellectual Property and Privacy

You may not create, upload, publish, or distribute content that infringes copyright, trademark, design, patent, trade-secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You are responsible for securing licenses, model releases, brand permissions, and other clearances required for your use.

7. Platform and Safety Abuse

You may not:

• bypass or attempt to bypass content moderation, authentication, rate limits, credit meters, plan restrictions, or security controls;
• probe, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Services without authorization;
• use bots or automated accounts to generate content or manipulate community activity at scale;
• resell or sublicense unauthorized access to the Services; or
• conceal prohibited activity through repeated accounts, obfuscated prompts, or technical workarounds.

8. Enforcement

TypeShirt may block a prompt, refuse or remove content, restrict publishing or generation, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or report unlawful conduct where appropriate. A prompt blocked by automated moderation may not be resubmitted in a disguised form.

We may update this policy as the Services, law, and safety requirements change. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
